This site

augustamarques.pt is a static website. Its pages are files published on a content delivery network: there is no server of our own, no database, no user area and no account registration.

Personal data we collect

The site has two forms: enquiries and newsletter subscription. The data you enter in them — name, email address and message — is submitted to a shared Provider forms service at forms.zender.pt, hosted on Cloudflare, which checks where the request came from and delivers it to geral@augustamarques.pt. The form is not stored in any system of ours, and the message reaches us by email. Before submitting, the browser solves an anti-bot challenge locally (Altcha), with no cookies and no identifiers. The newsletter subscription is only submitted after you tick the consent box.

Cookies and browser storage

The site's cookie notice distinguishes two categories.

• Strictly necessary — they keep the site working and secure. There is currently a single item, the record of your consent (the cc_consent cookie), which stores the preferences you chose in the notice. Theme and language preferences, when they exist, belong to this same category. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — only enabled after you give consent. At the moment it loads no measurement service, so no usage data is collected or sent.

Third-party services

The site embeds no external analytics, advertising or social media services, and its typefaces are served from the site's own domain. The social media links in the footer are ordinary links: the service in question is only contacted if you open them. The forms service mentioned above, hosted on Cloudflare, is the only exception: it receives submitted data solely in order to deliver it to our mailbox by email. If a third-party service is added, this policy will be updated before that service goes live.

Data retention

Because the site has no database, it keeps no data about visitors. Requests that reach us through the forms or by email are kept only for as long as needed to answer the request and to meet the legal obligations that apply.

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request the portability of the data you have provided.

Since the site keeps personal data in no system of its own, those rights apply mainly to the messages that reach us through the forms or by email. To exercise them, write to geral@augustamarques.pt.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to services integrated into it. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
